Stay clear. Stay aligned. Stay in motion.
You’ve already done the hardest part. You paused. You reflected. You designed your year.
But real transformation isn’t created in a single day. It’s created in the integration.
The Design Your Year Integration Series is a small-group experience for past attendees who want to:
• stay accountable to their intentions • recalibrate when life shifts • reduce overthinking and mental load • strengthen follow-through • keep their year aligned, not reactive
This is where clarity becomes consistency.
Why these sessions matter
When we designed your year, you built:
• a vision • clear priorities • brain-based execution tools
• alignment
But the brain defaults back to old patterns under pressure. Busy seasons return. Unexpected challenges arise. Goals drift. Energy dips. Direction blurs.
These sessions are designed to:
• reset cognitive load • re-anchor priorities • refine your roadmap • install fresh brain hacks for focus and execution • reconnect you with your original intention from November Think of it as a strategic pit-stop for your nervous system and your plan.
How it works
You’ll join three live small-group sessions across 2026.
Each session will include:
• guided recalibration of your goals and priorities • strategic problem-solving on what is stalling • brain-based tools for focus, energy and follow-through • time to update your vision, and bucket-lists • shared accountability and momentum
These are not passive webinars. You’ll actively work, reflect, and leave with next steps.
2026 Session Dates
• Friday 1 May • Friday 28 August • Friday 27 November (end-of-year wrap, and set up for 2027)
Each session runs live online. Recordings provided if you cannot attend.
