By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, you may be entitled to remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. ONLINE COURSES
Unless otherwise specified on the sales page for a particular course:
All course sales are final.
Refunds are not available where:

Where a specific course guarantee is advertised on the relevant sales page, that guarantee will apply in addition to this policy.
5. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel future recurring payments at any time by providing written notice before your next billing cycle.
Cancellation prevents future charges only.
No refunds will be provided for:
• Previous membership payments
• Partial months
• Unused membership periods
Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
6. GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS
Group coaching program payments are non-refundable.
Where payment plans are offered:
• The full program fee remains payable.
• Withdrawal from the program does not cancel outstanding payments.
• Failure to attend does not cancel payment obligations.
7. ONE-TO-ONE COACHING
Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first coaching session has occurred.
Where a coaching package has been purchased but no coaching session has occurred, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion.
Administrative fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
Unused coaching sessions are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

8. CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS
Consulting services are booked based on reserved capacity.
Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
Where work has not commenced, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion.
9. WORKSHOPS
Workshops purchased by individuals:
More than 30 days prior:
• Full credit available.
15–30 days prior:
• Transfer to another event may be available.
Less than 14 days:
• No refund.
Non-attendance:
• No refund.
10. LIVE EVENTS
Tickets are non-refundable.
Where notice is received:
More than 30 days:
• Transfer to another attendee may be approved.
15–30 days:
• Credit may be offered.
Less than 14 days:
• No refund or credit.
11. RETREATS
Retreat planning involves significant upfront commitments and costs.
Accordingly:
More than 90 days before commencement:
• Refund less a $500 administration fee.
61–90 days before commencement:
• 50% refund.
31–60 days before commencement:
• 25% refund.
30 days or less before commencement:
• No refund.
You may request a transfer to another participant subject to approval.
Any transfer costs incurred remain your responsibility.
12. CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
Corporate bookings may be cancelled:
More than 30 days:
• No cancellation fee.
15–30 days:
• 50% of fee payable.
Less than 14 days:
• Full fee payable.
Where preparation work has commenced, such work remains chargeable.
13. RESCHEDULING COACHING SESSIONS
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided:
• Session may be forfeited.
• Session may be treated as attended.
This policy applies regardless of reason, except in exceptional circumstances.

14. LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrival does not extend the session.
Sessions will conclude at the scheduled finish time.
15. MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a completed session.
No refund or replacement session will be provided.

16. EVENT CANCELLATION BY US
If we cancel an event, workshop, retreat or program:
We may choose to:
• Reschedule the event
• Transfer your registration
• Provide a credit
• Provide a refund
Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us.
We are not responsible for:
• Flights
• Accommodation
• Travel costs
• Meals
• Lost income
• Other associated expenses
17. SPEAKER CHANGES

• Change facilitators
• Change venues
• Modify agendas
• Adjust schedules
Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
18. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT CHANGES
